Job Title: HR Executive
Are you an experienced professional seeking a new challenge or looking to balance work and life? Our client, a high-profile employer in the city centre, is now recruiting an HR Executive on a part-time basis.
The role offers an ideal opportunity for a qualified individual to further develop their HR career while enjoying a reduced working week. The successful candidate will report to the HR Director and work closely with the General Manager to cover a wide range of HR duties and projects.
Duties and Projects:
* Employee engagement and query resolution
* Recruitment and onboarding of new hires
* Overseeing training activities
* Updating employee data
* T&A/payroll reporting
* Delivering HR change projects
* Supporting leadership and operations teams with HR needs
Requirements:
* 3rd level degree qualified in HR or a related discipline
* 3+ years relevant HR experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
* Strong IT, data, and HR reporting skills
Benefits:
* Permanent part-time role (approx. 24 hours/week)
* Salary range up to £40-£45k pro-rata
* Flexible working hours to be agreed between both parties
