A prestigious luxury hotel group across Leinster is seeking a dedicated and experienced Conference & Banqueting Operations Manager to join their team.
This key role requires a hands-on leader to oversee all Conference & Banqueting operations, delivering exceptional events, meetings, and banqueting functions that exceed guest expectations.
As Conference & Banqueting Operations Manager, you will manage the seamless execution of high-profile occasions in an elegant setting, leading your team with a focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all Conference & Banqueting event operations from setup through breakdown, ensuring flawless delivery
Lead, train, and motivate the Conference & Banqueting team to maintain the highest standards of service
Collaborate with Events and Sales teams to meet client requirements and coordinate event details
Oversee staffing schedules, rosters, and performance management within the Conference & Banqueting department
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and food service standards in all function areas
Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock levels to support profitability of Conference & Banqueting services
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience across all Conference & Banqueting spaces
Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years' senior management experience in Conference & Banqueting within 4-star or 5-star hotels
Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-volume Conference & Banqueting team
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on management style focused on delivering outstanding guest service
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and special event schedules
