Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Own the division’s operational performance and report directly to executive leadership.
Team Empowerment: Mentor, recruit, and develop a high‑performing team of engineers and technicians.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Bridge structural engineering with other disciplines to deliver world‑class, complex infrastructure projects.
Business Growth: Strengthen client relationships and lead high‑stakes tenders to secure future pipeline.
Qualifications
Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with a Level 8 or higher degree.
Deep technical experience in structural engineering, with commercial acumen and leadership presence.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects to the highest standards of client satisfaction.
Experience in another consultancy and advantage in the water sector is desirable.
