A leading organisation in the Learning and Development space is growing its Tender Team and is now hiring. You will take ownership of priority submissions, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and help raise the overall quality, consistency and impact of tender outputs.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys writing, problem solving and influencing, and who wants more ownership and visibility in their work.
It is also ideal for those coming from L&D, OD or professional services environments who understand how people strategies translate into effective learning solutions.
This role also has the potential to be structured as a four day working week, if that is something that is important to you right now.
What you will be doing
• Leading high value tenders from initial scoping through to polished submission
• Translating workforce and learning needs into clear and compelling proposals
• Building trusted relationships with senior decision makers
• Supporting and coaching colleagues across the tender and account team
• Contributing to proactive tender strategy and opportunity generation
• Working closely with Learning Design, OD and Operations to ensure consistency and quality
• Managing CRM updates, tender tracking and accurate pipeline reporting
What you will bring
• Experience in tender writing, proposals, account management or business development
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to shape clear, persuasive proposals
• An interest in Learning and Development or Organisational Development is welcomed
• Confidence in guiding others and sharing best practice
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Understanding of procurement processes and tender portals
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
