The Hotel Duty Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of hotel services. Reporting directly to senior management, this individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of duty management, from front-of-house operations to back-of-house procedures.



### Key Responsibilities:
#### Front-of-House Operations:

* Maintain a visible presence throughout the lobby area during peak hours,
supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.

* Conduct regular patrols of public areas, inspecting cleanliness and safety protocols.
Theft Prevention Measures must be observed at all times as well as Local Government Regulations regarding Health & Safety / Cleanliness Standards etc...
