Key Strategic Role: Insurer Development Manager
Job Description:
This is a key strategic role supporting the delivery of the company's insurer management and placement strategy.
* Support the delivery of the insurer placement strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and director of broking.
* Manage and develop key insurer relationships across multiple business units.
* Act as a central point of contact for insurer partners, sharing strategic insight and key management information.
* Coordinate and deliver insurer engagement activity to support commercial goals.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align placement strategy and identify areas for innovation.
The successful candidate will have a strong consultative and solutions-focused approach, be commercially astute, and thrive in a visible, cross-functional position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of insurance industry experience, ideally with exposure to commercial lines and broking.
* CIP qualification required.
* Strong relationship management skills, confident working with data, and generating insights.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
