Job Title: Mental Health Service Leader This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a mental health service in a GP Practice setting. As the most senior mental health professional, you will have a high degree of independence and freedom to act/manage the service. The role involves leading a team of mental health professionals, including Deputy Mental Health Managers and Senior Mental Health Practitioners. The team comes from various professional backgrounds such as nurses, social workers, psychologists or occupational therapists. They work together to enhance general practice and promote mental health prevention and early intervention. You will be directly accountable to the Federation Board and employed by NFSU. As part of this role, you will also be responsible for managing MDTs across four Northern Federation areas when they are rolled out. -----------------------------------
