Quality Assurance Specialist
The primary goal of this position is to oversee and enhance Etex Ireland's Quality and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring complete legal compliance and high-quality standards across both fibre cement and metal manufacturing facilities.
* Maintain and develop systems that meet stringent regulations and customer expectations.
* Ensure all products are suitable for use and conform to customer requirements, minimizing product claims.
* Lead initiatives focused on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, driving compliance with Group targets and roadmaps.
* Represent the facility at Group Quality meetings, sharing knowledge, benchmarking performance, and supporting continuous improvement.
* Deliver on Group KPIs and goals outlined in the 3-Year Master Plan, including Weekly and Monthly Scorecards for Quality & Sustainability.
* Contribute to operations initiatives such as cost deployment, energy, and safety Kaizen events, as well as CPM programs.
