Financial Planning Sales Consultant – Deliver personalised financial planning solutions to our full‑time financial planning clients and to those seeking an initial primary advice service.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a self‑motivated attitude
Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle projects of various sizes
Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team and to manage key stakeholder relationships internally and externally
Background in financial advice – QFA essential
CFP desirable or a commitment to complete CFP imminently
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted adviser to clients throughout the financial planning journey
Recommend and provide solutions that meet client needs while building lasting relationships
Undertake a full review of clients' financial needs and goals
Produce a comprehensive report detailing relevant fact‑finding information and recommendations based on clients' goals
Record clear and concise file notes and hand over to the Private Client Account management team to move policies through the pipeline
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to deliver engaging marketing activities and communications for clients
Deliver Financial Wellness seminars to employees of corporate partners
Manage internal and external relationships to grow the referral network
