Business Improvement Analyst

Job Description:

* Support the improvement of business processes through strategically aligned implementations, developments, and adaptations.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders, key users, IT team leaders, domain architects, and solution architects to deliver solutions.
* Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure smooth communication and process execution.

* 3rd-level qualification in IT, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of business applications such as ERP, HCM, CRM, PLM, including APIs and databases.
* Excellent computer skills and ideally 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Advantageous experience: German language skills and report building experience using SQL, Crystal Reports, PowerPivot, PowerQuery, or similar tools.
