This role is key in aligning people strategy with business objectives, driving engagement, and supporting the delivery of the company's long-term goals.Partner with senior leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support business growth and performance.Lead and influence initiatives across talent management, succession planning, engagement, and organisational design.Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and act as a sounding board for managers.Utilise HR data and analytics to deliver insights that inform decision-making.Support and mentor HR colleagues, contributing to the continuous development of the HR function.ABOUT THE PERSON:7+ years' HR experience with at least 3 years in a business partnering capacity.Proven track record in influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.Excellent relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.A proactive, solutions-focused professional with a passion for driving positive cultural and organisational impact.For a confidential conversation on this opportunity, please feel free to reach out to Simple.
