Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead: Scrum Master
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead delivery across business and technology initiatives in Cork, Ireland.
This role combines structured project governance with agile coaching to ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and have experience as a facilitator of Scrum ceremonies, manager of delivery plans and team leader working closely with stakeholders.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment and progress through effective communication and stakeholder management.
* You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications:
1. A proven track record as a Project Manager/Scrum Master or similar experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is preferred but not essential if you can commit to learning our framework quickly while having excellent organizational skills under pressure;
3. An ability t d e m o n s t r ate d passion for collaboration (hey maybe even some fun experiences!) could get your foot over the door; possibly several key qualifications demonstrated via training prior these areas so this helps open ears more!),
