Financial Planning and Reporting Professional
This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
1. Management Accounts
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals and reconciliations.
* Lead year-end accounts preparation and liaise with external auditors.
* Deliver cost reports and variance analyses to support budgeting and strategic decisions.
2. Banking & Cashflow
* Review monthly bank reconciliations across all accounts.
* Monitor cashflow to meet organisational requirements.
3. Accounts Payable & Procurement
* Review and authorise payments.
* Lead implementation of ICT solutions for Accounts Payable.
4. Accounts Receivable & Income
* Supervise receivables and income systems.
5. Finance Department Cover
* Provide cover for Finance Operations Manager and Finance Officer during absences.
6. Other Duties
* Participate in special projects.
* Provide guidance to administrative staff on finance issues.
* Represent the organisation on national working groups.
* Support Head of Finance and Finance Operations Manager with ad hoc tasks.
