Role Overview:
We seek a motivated Customer Onboarding Executive to join our team, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the business including customer service, office administration and supporting the CEO as Personal Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving as the first point of contact for new client enquiries via phone, providing a professional and welcoming introduction to Walfrid Private.
Engaging with new and potential clients to invite them to weekly webinars and introducing them to our offering.
Collaborating with the Business Development Manager to identify and qualify high-potential leads and high-net-worth individuals.
Coordinating and scheduling follow-up meetings for the Business Development Manager and occasionally our team of Financial Advisors as required.
Office Administration:
Overseeing day-to-day office operations including ordering and maintaining stationery, office supplies and equipment to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
Liaising with suppliers and service providers to coordinate office maintenance and resolve any facility-related issues promptly.
Greeting and welcoming clients and guests upon arrival, ensuring a professional and positive first impression at reception.
Managing the scheduling and coordination of all internal meeting rooms, including setup and preparation.
Assisting with the management of events run by the company.
Personal Assistant Duties:
Providing ad hoc personal assistance to the CEO, handling errands and tasks as needed.
Assisting with the management of the CEOs calendar, confirming appointments with clients in advance.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a client/customer services role in a professional environment.
A background in dealing with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.
Excellent organisational skills.
Professional phone manner.
Must have own transport.
