eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for a Senior Web Apps Developer. This is a 12 month day rate contractorposition located with our client in Dublin 2. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 2 days onsite per week.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Applications Developer to join a dynamic team within a major public sector organisation. This role involves working on complex digital solutions and contributing to the architecture, development, and maintenance of web applications that support critical business functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, support, and maintain systems across Production, Development, and UAT environments.
2. Contribute to solution architecture for business and technical requirements.
3. Participate in system testing and issue resolution.
4. Provide subject matter expertise on technologies such as Power Platform, PowerApps, and Power BI.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Engage in all phases of the software lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment.
7. Recommend operational improvements and maintain up-to-date documentation.
8. Deliver weekly progress reports and provide training/knowledge transfer to staff.
Mandatory Requirements
9. Minimum 7 years' experience as a web applications developer.
10. Proven experience developing complex digital cloud solutions within the last year.
11. Relevant qualifications: Recognised application development certification, or
Primary degree in Technology/IT discipline, or
NFQ Level 7 equivalent.
12. Fluent in English (CEFR Level C2 certification required if not a native speaker).
Desired Skills & Competencies
13. Experience working in an agile team using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
14. Expertise in developing complex web applications using Power Platform, Power Pages, Power BI (Dynamics experience desirable).
15. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
