**Accounts Payable Administrator

I'm currently working with a well-established organisation that is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator. This role offers strong exposure across a broad range of activities and reports directly to the Financial Accountant.
What the role involves:
* Reviewing and processing supplier invoices
* Completing supplier reconciliations and managing payment runs
* Posting invoices to the Purchase Ledger and reconciling bank payments
* Acting as a main point of contact for supplier queries
* Intercompany and credit card reconciliations
* Month-end cost analysis and reporting
* Supporting the wider finance team with general duties and project work
What they're looking for:
* 1+ year experience in Accounts Payable or a general finance role
* Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
* Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work on your own initiative
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Full working rights in Ireland
