We have a great opportunity for a Data Centre Operations Shift Team Manager to play a key role in our Data Centre Operations, which provides best in class operation and maintenance for our customers critical power generation sites.
The role focuses on system monitoring, implementation of procedures and SSOW, equipment checks and system maintenance and repairs for the client equipment.
Our goal is to maximise the availability and efficiency of assets under our control.
The role includes the direct line management of the Data Centre Shift Team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, best practice and contractual obligations.
The Shift Team Manager plays a key role in limiting our financial exposure related to unplanned outages and ensures compliant operation in line with the procedures and standards set out.
About the role: Lead and coordinate the shift team to ensure safe, reliable operation of critical electrical and mechanical systems.
Act as a primary point of contact during the shift for alarms, events and operational escalations.
Monitoring customer assets to maximise efficiency in line with contractual terms.
Providing professional, concise communications to a variety of internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Support and develop the shift team in their role and duties, identify training and competency requirements.
