Facilities Scheduler Planner

A Facilities Scheduler Planner is responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of facilities and resources to support operational effectiveness in an organization. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
roles and responsibilities
* Use SAP modules to manage facility scheduling, resource allocation, and maintenance tracking.
* Develop, maintain, and update scheduling plans for facility usage through SAP, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.
* Work closely with department heads and project managers to understand facility requirements and schedule usage accordingly.
* Analyse data from SAP to monitor facility utilization trends, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improved efficiency.
* Coordinate maintenance schedules through SAP, ensuring that all facilities are compliant with safety regulations and operational requirements.
* Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly, utilizing SAP tools to facilitate quick problem-solving.
* Maintain accurate records of all scheduling, maintenance, and resource allocation activities within SAP.
* Provide training and support for staff on facility scheduling processes and SAP usage

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in scheduling, planning, or facilities management.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Typically works in an office environment within a facility.
