This is a permanent position based in their finance department.### Roles & Responsibilities* Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.* Conduct statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.* Engage in Corporate Finance activities including financial planning, analysis, budget reporting, and expense reporting.* Handle specialized reporting tasks such as Life Insurance, Property & Casualty, and General Insurance Solvency II reporting.* Participate in finance change projects, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of new financial systems and processes.* Prepare reports on Electronic Balance Sheets, Investment Reporting, Fund Accounting, and Consolidations.* Work collaboratively across departments to support budget reporting for Technology, Logistics, Projects, and Sales.### Key Skills* Profound knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Bookkeeping, and Payroll management.* Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and statutory reporting including familiarity with practice specific regulations such as NAIC for Life Insurance.* Strong ability in handling Treasury functions, both front office and back office operations.* Experience in regulatory reporting, economic capital management, and European embedded value reporting.* Competence in management information reporting and detailed financial analysis.* Proficient in using financial software and tools for streamlined finance operations and reporting.This position offers a professional yet challenging career opportunity in a strategically expanding global firm.
