As the Head of European Customer Logistics Management, you will have a significant impact on our European Customer Logistics Management operations. You will have the opportunity to lead a team through strategic change, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote the digitalization of our supply chain.
In your new role you will:
* Lead the team through a big transition and change as roles will be consolidated in Dublin and eventually also in Porto within the next years
* Plan, direct and oversee European Customer Logistics Management (CLM) team operations, and manage all related activities including people, budget and planning
* Optimize the growth and collaboration of the CLM teams in Europe
* Drive relationships with our customers, enabling communication at all organizational levels, supporting customers, CLMs, Infineon’s Operations, Sales, Marketing, Quality and Supply Chain organization
* Identify future Supply Chain requirements to support Infineon’s competitiveness, acting as a sponsor for projects to help develop digitalization within the European CLM organization to achieve operational excellence and efficiency
* Empower, coach, and drive the development of European CLM Managers, providing career development planning and job enrichment opportunities
* Ensure maximum supply chain performance and customer satisfaction by guaranteeing consistent quality of services and prompt resolution of all issues through professional crisis management
* Define customer-specific target service levels for Europe (KPIs, concepts, other SC offerings), identify and execute corrective actions to secure the achievement of these through the proper involvement of further relevant functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing)
* Strengthen CLM focus on data analytics by identifying trends at a team level to drive business decisions on customer demand, demand fulfillment and Supply Chain KPIs
* Act as next-level escalation path to address, communicate and resolve all customer-specific supply chain-related items and issues, striking a balance between customer requirements and Infineon’s capabilities
* Secure full compliance with Infineon's guidelines (e.g., Corporate Reporting), strategy, processes, operational continuity (contingency planning) and communication requirements
You demonstrate highly organized and communicative leadership skills, with a passion for efficiency and digitalization. You excel in dynamic environments, showcase high-quality standards for your work, and generate value with your ideas and solutions.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A degree in Business Administration, Economy, Supply chain, or similar
* More than 5 years of people management experience across countries/regions
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Proven flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Passionate to drive digitalization and efficiency
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and to inspire large teams
* A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
* Fluency in English
* Availability to travel within Europe and occasionally to locations outside of the EU
It is an advantage if you have:
* Previous experience leading leaders
* Semiconductor industry knowledge
* Customer-facing experience
