HR Exec
to join our client's team— from recruitment and onboarding to training, development, and employee engagement, you will be an integral part of the HR operation.
General Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and leaver processes.
* Be the go-to contact for HR queries, offering clear and timely support.
* Handle HR admin including contracts, payroll support, and personnel records.
* Assist with employee relations cases (grievances, performance, disciplinaries).
* Support training, development, and performance reviews.
* Lead employee engagement, reward, and recognition initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and Irish employment law.
What we're looking for
* 1–3 years' HR experience in a similar role.
* CIPD qualification or relevant HR/Business degree.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
* Proficient in MS Office; HR systems experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
