Advocacy Officer – Special Emergency Arrangements
About the Role
In this role, you will provide independent advocacy to children and young people placed in special emergency arrangements (SEAs). You will work closely with them to empower their voices, ensuring they are heard and represented. Your exceptional communication skills will facilitate open dialogue between children, social workers, foster carers, and other relevant parties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide expert advocacy support for vulnerable individuals facing difficult circumstances.
2. To build strong relationships based on trust respect empathy & rapport that supports self expression as a key aspect of our brand values by being responsible when influencing opinions.
