Responsibilities
Drive sales of intralogistics and automation solutions including warehouse equipment, AGVs, AMRs, VNA systems, and ASRS technologies.
Build and convert a strong pipeline across major industrial hubs across the region.
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, and supply chain functions.
Deliver tailored technical solutions, proposals, and presentations to clients and engineering consultancies.
Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
Manage all activity through CRM systems, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting.
Work closely with engineering and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
Proven track record in technical sales preferably within intralogistics, automation, materials handling, or a related engineering sector.
Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers across multiple functions
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and solution-selling capability
Self-starter with the drive to build and grow a regional territory
Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline
Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
