Cpl Healthcare is now accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals for the role of Person in Charge in Sligo for our well-established client in the disability service sector.
Purpose of the role: To provide the highest standards of support to service users.
Ideal Candidate: Preferably has experience working with autism. The Manager will act as the Person in Charge, ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within a Social Care Setting
2. A professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification
3. Experience in managing residential services
4. A Level 6 management qualification
5. Full driving license and access to own transport
6. Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care
