We're looking for a
Conceptual Creative
to lead and own creative ideation, strategy, and execution across branded pitches, campaigns, and original social content.
This is an opportunity for someone with
exceptional creative skills
and a
deep understanding of youth culture
— someone who can take projects from initial concept through to production, balancing creativity with commercial awareness and LADbible Group's ways of working.
You'll be a
confident presenter
who can craft compelling narratives, clearly articulate creative propositions, and thrive both
independently and collaboratively
within a wider creative team.
What the Role Involves
Lead projects
from briefing to delivery, working closely with the wider creative team.
Develop
strong, social-first ideas
, challenging briefs and strategies where necessary.
Deliver
best-in-class responses to briefs (RTBs)
across diverse brands and verticals - from big budgets to small, always ensuring creative excellence.
Be a
content specialist
, understanding platform-specific formats and the production constraints of different content types (especially video).
Specialise in social-led activations
, while also integrating channels such as OOH, experiential, and other media into holistic campaign strategies.
Collaborate with the wider team to
build and manage a network of creative resources
, ensuring quality output.
Champion creative thinking
and communicate technical execution confidently to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain
strong attention to detail
and project accountability.
Brief and collaborate
with craft specialists (animators, designers, directors, talent, etc.) to bring your creative vision to life.
Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience
in a social-led creative, marketing, or advertising environment.
A balance of
conceptual thinking
and
hands-on craft skills
.
Proven success in
fast-paced, quick-turnaround
creative environments.
Ability to
manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Understanding of
budgets, scopes of work, and deliverables
.
Strong grasp of the
role of social and video content
in modern campaigns.
Proven track record
of delivering creatively and commercially successful projects — from ideation through production.
A strong
interest in youth culture, pop culture, and social good
.
Ability to design and deliver
pitch presentations
in Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
Ability to take the lead and direct shoots, whether thats in the streets speaking to the public or in our studio speaking to talent, you'll be able to lead from start to finish
