This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, managing customer orders, and ensuring smooth delivery processes within a fast-paced B2B environment.
You will play a key part in supporting the sales and operations teams, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from order placement through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage customer orders accurately using SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Handle customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
* Liaise with logistics partners to monitor deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Support the sales team with quotations, product information, and pricing updates.
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
* Prepare reports and assist with invoicing or credit notes as required.
* Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in a customer service, order processing, or administration role within a B2B environment.
* Experience using SAP (or a similar ERP/order management system) is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
