Hotel Leadership Opportunity
The Hotel Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of a hotel property, encompassing financial, operational, and people management aspects.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Financial Oversight:
* Prepare and implement annual business plans, sales targets, and capital expenditure budgets
* Maximise revenue through yield management strategies and collaboration with revenue teams
* Effectively manage payroll, utilities, and procurement costs
2. Operational Supervision:
* Direct day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring seamless service delivery
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and product quality throughout the hotel
* Support sales efforts and foster strong corporate relationships as required
3. People Development:
* Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to meet hotel needs
* Foster a culture of training, development, and career progression
* Enhance employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives
4. Sustainability, ESG, and Compliance:
* Promote and maintain the hotel's commitment to environmental sustainability and community involvement
* Lead ESG activities focusing on Planet, People, and Community
An experienced hotel leader or senior hospitality professional with in-depth knowledge of the local market is sought after.
