Scientific Publication Writer
The role of the Global Scientific Communications Associate is to work with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to prepare scientific publications. The individual will be responsible for developing and preparing high-quality scientific publications, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's therapeutic areas and compounds.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and input for content strategy development.
* Plan, write, edit, and review documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
* Build scientific-based rationale that supports the purpose of complex and strategic documents.
* Coordinate expert/scientific reviews and ensure quality checks for accuracy.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in a scientific or health-related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with all audiences and forums through exemplary oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MA, MBBS) in science, health-related field, or other appropriate disciplines.
* Demonstrated project management and time management skills.
* Extensive experience in writing, reviewing, and publishing scientific materials and the ability to appraise scientific literature and raw data critically.
