Human Resources Business Partner
We are looking for a highly commercial HR Business Partner who understands how a business should be run. Responsibilities
Align with a department to provide commercial, budget, recruitment, coaching and employee‑relations (ER) advice; carry out ER processes and other people support as needed.
Collaborate with department leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR solutions that support business objectives.
Work with the existing people team on change‑management initiatives to support business transformation.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on HR‑related matters.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs and recommend actions based on data analysis.
Lead initiatives for employee development, career progression and succession planning.
Support our Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment of new colleagues.
Provide general support on all aspects of organisational development: ensuring expedient time‑to‑hire, productivity, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, career paths, coaching & mentoring programmes, policy, process, systems, compensation & benefits and training & development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business‑partner role or similar capacity.
Commercial aptitude and strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present HR metrics.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.
Confidence to partner with all levels of leadership.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practice, and employment legislation in Ireland and the UK.
Strong recruitment background.
Experience or knowledge of OKRs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proactive and results‑oriented.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
