We are partnering with a leading civil and utilities company to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager for a large-scale infrastructure project.
This is a key strategic role requiring a significant on-site presence across the North West of Ireland (Mayo/Roscommon).
We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in utility infrastructure and a deep understanding of Design & Build (D&B) contracts.

Responsibilities Overseeing comprehensive cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering.
Leading contract administration, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.
Managing all commercial aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Providing critical input to strategic decisions affecting commercial performance and risk.
Supporting tender submissions, subcontractor procurement, and pricing strategies.
Engaging collaboratively with project teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
Managing change control, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
Delivering accurate and timely reports on all project financials.
Requirements Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Manager Extensive, demonstrable experience in the utility infrastructure sector.
A strong technical understanding of Design & Build (D&B) contracts.
The ability to be based in or travel to the Mayo/Roscommon region during the work week.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
