The role of Administrative Support Specialist is available in a retail business with multiple locations, offering a diverse range of products including ladies, mens, and childrenswear fashions, homewares, furnishings, gifts and more.
This position is based in the largest store, overseeing all administrative duties and assisting with accounts functions under the guidance of the accounting team.
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, enthusiastic and has excellent attention to detail to handle physical transactions and administrative tasks.
Working hours are 9-6, Monday to Friday, with no Sundays but every 2nd Saturday, and a day off midweek.
* Processing accounts payable
* Maintaining debtors records
* Carrying out EPOS maintenance
* Reconciling daily cash transactions
* Lodging bank payments
* Managing customer calls and resolving queries or issues
