Your new company
This international logistics company are seeking an Accounts assistant to join the team for an initial 9-month contract, with a view to permanency. This organisation are based in Clonee, very close to the Dublin 15 border and offer hybrid work once settled in. The role is to work directly alongside the FD and alongside the management and financial accounting teams.
Your new role
You will be tasked with duties such as
1. Monitor and take ownership of company banking
2. VAT and other tax returns
3. Invoice processing
4. Reconciliation
5. Assist with AR and billing
6. Meeting notes and diary management
7. Office admin and filing
Other ad-hoc PA and office management duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you will have
8. 3+ Years' experience working in a similar role
9. Exposure to office and diary management
10. Strong knowledge of banking, invoicing and taxation
11. Ability to work well on your own initiative, prioritise tasks and communicate effectively
12. Other EU language an advantage but not required.
13. Experience working with ERP systems and working knowledge of Excel an advantage.
