About This Role
This role involves designing and managing engineering projects within the Engineering team at Castlebar. The successful candidate will lead multiple projects simultaneously, consulting with project teams and departments across sites to ensure timely completion of tasks according to specified quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have primary degree-level education in engineering or an equivalent combination of training experience. A minimum of five years' experience working with Pharmaceutical or Medical device manufacturing equipment processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute projects within frameworks such as cGMP; ensuring all activities comply with Vantive Global & Local requirements
* Liaise effectively between internal stakeholders & third-party service providers
* Manage workload efficiently ensuring agreed deadlines are met
