Architectural Technologist
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dublin.
* Job Description:
* Deliver detailed design packages and ensure the delivery of design briefs using technical building expertise.
* Work closely with designers and engineers to develop innovative design solutions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Qualification in Architectural Technology with 3+ years experience working in an architectural firm or similar organization.
* Excellent technical proficiency in building construction as well as extensive experience in preparation of working drawings, detailing, and tender packages on residential projects.
* Strong CAD/Revit skills are essential, and site experience is a bonus.
* Familiar with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations.
* Large scale mixed-use residential project experience would be highly beneficial.
