Key Position: Operations Leader
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high profile organisation in Co. Clare.
This role is a key member of the leadership team and plays a significant role across all business operations.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing and implementing operations strategies, overseeing H&S and facilities management activities, delivering commercial goals and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement operational plans
* Oversee health, safety and facilities management
* Deliver on-site commercial targets
* Maintain legislative compliance
* Coordinate marketing initiatives
* Engage with key stakeholders and customers
* Manage budgets and lead infrastructure projects
* Lead direct reports and provide executive updates
Requirements:
* Third-level degree qualified ideally in a relevant field
* 3-4+ years experience in operations management or leadership
* Experience gained in travel, tourism or hospitality would be advantageous
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
* Strong IT knowledge and multitasking skills
