to join our team.

Managing a busy front office reception desk
Managing a diary system and creating appointments for agents.
File management creating, updating and maintaining files both hard & soft copies.
Assisting in the administrative activities required in completing valuation reports
Daily inputting and management of properties on our CRM system
Answering telephone queries and directing customers to the appropriate team.
Dealing with day-to-day rental queries from tenants and liasing with workmen as necessary
Preparation of various correspondence to vendors, purchasers, solicitors as necessary.
Uploading and updating various property websites and maintenance of same to ensure information is correct and current at all times.
Dealing with day to day customer queries.
Maintaining archive of files and updating same.
Providing administrative support to all teams as required.
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required as well as a pleasant demeanour. Candidates should have
Strong computer skills, specifically in Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
Previous general usage of databases or CRM packages an advantage but not essential.
Minimum 1-2 Years Experience In An Office Environment.
* Must be fluent in English
