Senior Transformation Analyst

You will be embedded within a significant transformation initiative, helping to document, analyse and redesign complex business processes that affect day-to-day operations. This role suits an experienced Business Analyst with a structured mindset, strong documentation capabilities and the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
There are multiple roles available at both mid-level and senior levels for those who want to develop their skills in process mapping (as-is / to-be) and business process redesign.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A proven track record as a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in change management and operational transformation.
* Solid hands-on experience in process mapping (as-is / to-be) is essential, along with expertise in business process redesign.
* Demonstrable experience working on large-scale change or transformation programmes would be highly valued.
* Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management skills across various teams including delivery teams.
* An ability to understand interactions between multi-faceted teams is also desirable.
