Drive business growth by developing and implementing focused sales strategies in a competitive local market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new commercial opportunities with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

The role involves driving strategic growth, winning new business, deepening key relationships, and being visible and connected within the industry. A strong understanding of the construction sector and sales cycles is required, as well as excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding sales targets, with 3-5+ years of business development or sales experience in the construction, trade or building materials sector. They will also have a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, and excellent time management skills to balance client meetings, reporting and internal collaboration.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
