We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Marketing & Content Creator to support our recruitment marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in marketing, digital media, or content creation who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment.
If you live on TikTok, spot trends before your friends do, and love creating content that gets seen — this one’s for you. You’ll help us attract the next generation of cabin crew through bold campaigns, scroll‑stopping content, and smart digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Creating eye-catching content for recruitment events (think reels, TikToks, stories & posts)Coming up with fun, fresh campaign ideas that drive applicationsMaking sure our job ads land in front of the right people, not just more peopleManaging and boosting roles across job boards and digital channelsTracking what’s working (and what’s not) — and levelling it upStaying ahead of social trends and jumping on them fastPosting and managing cabin crew inspired content that people want to engage with
About You
A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related fieldStrong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketingCreative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and FacebookBasic understanding of analytics, paid ads, or job boards is a plusHighly organised, proactive, and eager to learn
