Trainee Legal PA – Dublin
Larbey Evans is partnering with an award-winning law firm to recruit a Trainee Legal PA for their centrally located Dublin office, surrounded by the City's rich historical heritage.
* Salary to €33,000
* Dublin – office based
* 09:30-17:30 working hours

Trainee Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate client contact details
* Assist with the creation and amendments of documents including proofreading the same focusing on basic format and grammar
* Diary management including conflict resolution and forward planning
* Track Business Development initiatives and provide support during events
* Process expenses and manage the billing processing
Trainee Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
* Prior administrative experience in a support role would be desirable but not essential
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
