Temple Bar Hotel Dublin is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join the team in its unique four-star hotel.

In this role, you will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager and play a key part in enhancing the guest experience and promoting the hotel’s offerings. You will ensure every guest receives a warm, memorable, and personalized welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. Responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, handling requests promptly, completing administrative tasks accurately, and upholding hotel security and safety, especially during overnight shifts.


Responsibilities

* Drive sales, marketing, and event activity, identifying new leads and nurturing existing partnerships.
* Plan, organise, and execute campaigns to meet and exceed targets.
* Deliver excellent customer care, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
* Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and maintaining brand presence.
* Develop and distribute marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, and digital newsletters.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations.
* Manage and grow the client database for targeted campaigns and loyalty initiatives.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
* Coordinate and manage events from concept to completion.
* Evaluate marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
* Build relationships with key partners such as DMCs, corporate clients, and event bookers.
* Support food & beverage promotions to increase footfall and revenue.
* Enhance online presence across booking platforms and third-party sites.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene, and licensing regulations.


Minimum Requirements

* A passion for sales, marketing, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, with initiative-taking ability.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, or event coordination is advantageous.
* Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is desirable.
* Flexible approach and availability to support events and operations.
