Responsibilities
* Lead all store operations across retail, food hall, and concessions to deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets
* Ensure consistent delivery of Avoca\'s brand standards and customer service excellence
* Manage budgets, P&L performance, and cost control initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Buying, Culinary, Logistics) to execute strategic plans
* Oversee inventory, stock accuracy, and operational routines with a focus on continuous improvement
* Drive employee engagement, recognition, and development across all departments
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and regulatory standards

* Proven leadership in multi-department retail or hospitality environments
* Strong commercial acumen with P&L and budget management experience
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Operational expertise in inventory, stock, and team workflows
