Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our kitchen team for a WEEKEND PART TIME POSITION. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for cooking, and the ability to create innovative menu items that align with our brand's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute our current menu that focuses on burgers and sides.
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation.
* Manage ordering of supplies.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in compliance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with management on special events, promotions, and menu changes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Passion for food and a commitment to providing an exceptional eating experience.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
