Our Client, an Educational Institution is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a temporary Full Time contract for 3 months end date 05/09/2025.

Role Requirements:
· Experience of working with a variety of relevant computer software applications (e.g. Office 365, MS Team and Email)
· Proactive and flexible in providing a quality customer service experience to users
· Strong inter-personal and communications skills, to deal with customers via a variety of enquiry methods such as email and phone.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Ability to listen to what the customer wants to say
· Ability to deal with multiple tasks at the same time
· Prioritise tasks
· Good interpersonal skills
