Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sales/Showroom Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales (especially in a showroom or interiors-related setting), is organised, quick to learn, and enjoys dealing with customers in a professional and friendly way.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom.
Offering advice and information on our products (tiles, bathrooms, finishes, etc.).
Keeping the showroom tidy, well-organised and presentable.
Processing orders, invoices and coordinating follow-up communications.
Helping manage stock and liaising with suppliers if needed.
Learning about new products and staying up to date with trends/promotions.
Actively generating sales leads (calls, emails, social media) and following up with customers.
Supporting marketing tasks (Google reviews, showroom photos, social posts).
What We're Looking For:
Experience in retail or showroom sales (preferably with tiles, interiors, or similar).
Excellent communication and people skills.
A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
Quick learner – willing to understand technical product details.
Someone reliable, responsible, and motivated to grow with the business.
Professional appearance and attitude.
IT skills are a plus.
Spanish or Romanian language skills are a plus.
