We're Hiring: Account Manager
We're on the hunt for an Account Manager to look after 10–15 client accounts across social media, paid ads coordination, and campaign strategy. You'll be the go-to human for your clients - keeping things running smoothly, communicating clearly, and spotting opportunities to help accounts grow (without needing to be chased, they do love to see us leading)
We're a fast-moving, collaborative team, so we're looking for someone who's confident, organised, ambitious, and most importantly, a great personality fit alongside our two existing Account Managers.

What You'll Be Doing (Most Days)
* Managing 10–15 client accounts and building strong, long-term relationships
* Leading content planning, coordinating shoots, and overseeing overall strategy. (We do this monthly in our planning sessions)
* Owning, reporting, and performance reviews - translating data into actual insights clients understand.
* Working closely with our paid ads specialist to ensure goals are met (and budgets are respected).
* Liaising with outsourced partners across SEO, email, and web when needed.
* Acting as a client-facing representative of SDA: energetic, proactive, and solutions-first.
You Might Be the One If…
* You've got 2+ years' experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker).
* You're a confident communicator who's comfortable leading calls, presentations, and conversations. Clients often like asking tough questions
* You understand social media, paid ads, and content strategy (and how they work together).
* Bonus points if you've dabbled in SEO or email marketing.
* You're organised enough to juggle multiple accounts
* You're a creative thinker who spots opportunities before clients ask.
* You're outgoing, extroverted, and genuinely enjoy working with people.
* Have a driver's license - we drive to our clients for shoots, so being able to support with that will help

The Practical Stuff
* Location: Sandyford office (with some flexibility for remote work).
* Salary: Flexible, but we will pay the market rates for this position
* Start Date: Aiming for the end of March
