Theatre Operations Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Theatre Manager to lead and manage our theatre department.
* Provide strong clinical and managerial leadership to theatre nursing and support staff, fostering a culture of high-quality patient care.
* Oversight of daily theatre operations ensures efficient service delivery and continuous quality improvement.
* Leverage strategic planning and development of theatre services, including resource allocation and service enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
* CNM3 qualification or equivalent experience.
