Director of Media - EdTech (French fluent)
Overview
Transform a Personal Brand ecosystem into a global Company Brand. Build a Movement, not just content. You will bridge David Laroche’s personal influence and Paradox’s institutional power as a Brand Architect, a Creative Disruptor, and a Doer with Taste. This is a full-time position, carried out remotely or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required.
Your Mission
Transform a "Personal Brand" into a "Top-Tier Media". Lead the Content Factory not by administrative management, but by creative authority. Your goal is to produce content that is so good, unique, and aligned with our values that it makes our competitors look outdated.
Responsibilities
Architect the "Dual-Brand" Strategy balancing David Laroche’s personal brand with Paradox’s company brand without cannibalization.
Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) and define distinct editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, and Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.
End-to-end production: write hooks, storyboard narratives, and ensure final cuts match the vision; hire and onboard required talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts).
Treat David as the "Actor" on set: ensure scripts, set, and direction are flawless.
Lead the Content Factory: manage the internal content team, set tempo and standards, and provide high-level artistic direction to ensure Paradox Standards are met.
Fuel the Growth Engine: collaborate with Head of Growth to produce assets for ads; analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale what works.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven Content Builder: grew a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to 100k+ followers or millions of views; understand virality and retention.
Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and guiding quality improvements.
Elite Scripting: ability to show scripts that performed; strong capability to structure narratives and hooks for long-form content.
Performance Fluency: experience delivering content that drives business results (ads, launches, conversions).
Personal Profile
Intolerant to Mediocrity; strong taste and attention to detail.
Psychology Oriented: studies why people click, share, and engage.
Doer with Authority: can write, direct, and edit when needed.
No Ego, Just Impact: data-driven, adaptable, and ready to pivot.
Language
French: Native / Bilingual. English: Fluent. Our chosen language for written communication is English.
