 
        
        Service Maintenance Coordinator Role
We seek a professional to manage customer needs from initial contact, coordinating with customers to schedule engineers visits and issue quotations for services. We also require them to prepare checklists to ensure engineers can perform their work without delay.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Customer Liaison: Manage communication with customers, scheduling engineers visits and issuing preparedness checklists to avoid delays.
 2. Team Coordination: Collaborate with service engineers to complete tasks on site.
 3. Maintenance Management: Arrange scheduled and emergency call outs.
 4. Client Satisfaction: Work with customers to ensure satisfactory completion of service work.
 5. Documentation Management: Oversee documentation related to the Service division, both internally and externally.
 6. Financial Management: Perform bookkeeping for the service division, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank maintenance.
