Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM1)
to support their Director of Nursing in leading clinical operations for our client in
Co.
Wicklow

This is a key leadership role focused on quality improvement, staff development, and ensuring safe, person-centred care for all residents.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Supervise nursing and care teams to ensure exceptional care delivery
Manage individual care planning, assessments, and resident reviews
Oversee medication administration, wound care, and clinical governance
Lead infection control and quality improvement initiatives
Support staff mentorship, development, and compliance training
Liaise with GPs, families, specialists, and external agencies
Maintain regulatory standards in line with HIQA requirements
Candidate Requirements
NMBI-registered General Nurse (active PIN required)
Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home or similar setting
Proven leadership experience in a CNM or senior nursing role
Deep knowledge of HIQA standards and clinical best practice
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
